Arlene currently leads the NPSBN Professional Development & Training Program, where she designs, implements, and manages comprehensive training initiatives that enhance instructional effectiveness and workforce readiness. Ms. Gerald is a dedicated Career and Technical Education (CTE) teacher and educational leader, committed to preparing students for success in the workforce.

Currently serving as a CTE teacher at Kingstree High School in the Williamsburg County School District, Ms. Gerald teaches the Media Technology pathway.
